VIPASSANA RETREAT IN SRI LANKA
UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF BHANTE N'YANAYASIHA
"Dunniggahassa lahuno, yatthakāmanipātino;
Cittassa damatho sādhu, cittaṃ dantaṃ sukhāvahaṃ"

JANUARY 3-14, 2022

Wonderful, indeed, it is to subdue the mind, so difficult to subdue, ever swift, and seizing whatever it desires. A tamed mind brings happiness
To experience a peaceful and calm state of mind is a rare thing for a modern person. But the desire to reach this state persists, and that’s why we are glad to invite you, our dearest Dhamma friends, to become a part of a 10-days meditation retreat based on Samatha and Vipassana. It will take place on January 3-14, 2022.
Guidance will be held in the Russian language.

Sahassamapi ce vācā, anatthapadasaṃhitā;

Ekaṃ atthapadaṃ seyyo, yaṃ sutvā upasammati

Better than a thousand useless words is one useful word,

hearing which one attains peace.

One meets Dhamma only rarely at a lifetime. This is why you shouldn’t miss an opportunity to receive a priceless experience and participate in the 10-days meditation course that will be held soon under the instruction of an experienced teacher bhante N'yanayasiha. The language of instruction is Russian. The retreat will take place in, you might say, the very heart of the Buddhist culture – in the central part of the Sri Lanka island. In the retreat, you will receive fundamental knowledge about the dominant practices of Buddhist teaching. You will also learn how to implement this new knowledge in the conditions of real life. This course is suitable for the new disciples as well as for the experienced ones.
